Why don't you get the results you want?
Is it bad luck?
If you have a group of 500 people in a room and you ask the ones who make exercise a priority 5 days a week to stand up. You will see that it was not by luck that these are the fit people in the room. The reason is that they are the ones who are consistent with making exercise a priority.
You could ask the same question about all kinds of things like sleep, work ethic, positivity, gratitude, success at work, etc.
There is a reason people get the results they want.
They show up day after day and do the work. There is no easy way to achieve most of the goals we set. It's focus, belief and consistency.
What is it that you want?
What steps do you need to take to make it happen?
Show up for yourself and reap the wonderful benefits of consistently investing in reaching your goals.
